Position Yourself In God's Greatness
Psalms 32:8-9 TPT
“I hear the Lord saying, “I will stay close to you, instructing and guiding you along the pathway for your life. I will advise you along the way and lead you forth with my eyes as your guide. So don’t make it difficult; don’t be stubborn when I take you where you’ve not been before. Don’t make me tug you and pull you along. Just come with me!”
God promises us an abundant life, but we can’t have abundance unless we position ourself in the greatness of God. The Bible says that without a vision, the people perish (Proverbs 29:18). We must have a vision of the greatness of God and pray to be God-focused rather than self-focused. If we are God-focused we can walk in true freedom. Then we can walk every day with a greater vision of what God is like, what He is saying, and what He can do.
How are you looking at life? Do you see the greatness of God in the midst of it all? Open your heart to see the great God who is with you and can take care of your smallest needs. Desperation opens the way for the greatness of God.
In your daily life we must pray against hopelessness, lack of vision and dampened dreams. We must rise up to an abundant life, to a greater vision of God and a new perspective of being victorious till your end-time here on earth.
Right now, thank God for the most difficult thing in your life. Thank Him that He will use it for your good. When you get down about a situation in your life, think deeply about the God who lives inside of you. Is anything too hard for God? Is He not your conquering King, the Great I Am? In your desperate situation, is not your hand in the hand of the Almighty One who is on your side and who can do all things on your behalf?
God is for you and He has blessings in store for your life, if you’ll just put yourself in the proper position to receive them!
